💥💥💥 COSTUME CONTEST GUIDELINES 💥💥💥
★ Register at the registration table at least 30 minutes before your contest begins
★ Be in costume at least 15 minutes prior
★ You may enter as an individual or a team, but not both

SAFETY RULES:
★ All weapons (e.g., swords) must remain sheathed at all times
★ No nudity
★ Props (e.g., lightsabers, staffs) must not be used to strike or touch others
