Eco-Art Workshop

Fridays from 10:30am to 12:00pm. $120 for 4 sessions. This wellness group meets once a week for 4 weeks on the campus of Caldwell University in the Art Therapy Center. This group will explore Eco-Art, our connection to nature, the environment, the historic use of art as ritual, interaction, and connection to community.
Led by experienced graduate interns and overseen by licensed clinical mental health counselors with art therapy expertise, participants will engage in exploring Eco Art and learn how engagement in the arts can reduce stress, help to foster community, and find new ways for self expression.
