Kayaking 101

Have you wanted to take to the rivers and experience what a day of kayaking can offer? But don't know where to start? Kayaking 101 is for you.
Kayaking 101 is designed for the true beginner paddler who is craving adventure on the open water or the peaceful rivers.
This workshop will offer hands-on instruction covering essential skills and knowledge for a safe and enjoyable kayaking experience.

We will cover:
1. stroke techniques
2. getting in out of your kayak
3. how to re-enter after a capsize
4. what to pack and wear for a kayaking advenure

This is a free workshop offered for individuals 18+ years of age
Class size is limited to 7 participants, so rsvp to reserve your spot!
