Hike, Paddle, Flow: A Weekend of Nature and Connection

An outdoor retreat that nourishes the mind, body and inner adventurer. An itinerary that immerses us in all that Northern Michigan has to offer; hiking scenic trails, paddling serene waters, and flow through grounding Yoga sessions--all while deepening your connection with nature. This retreat is open to individuals 18 years of age and older.

Retreat Cost: $210/person
A deposit of $105 is required to reserve your spot
Retreat is limited to 7

What's Included:
>Rustic tent sites with outhouse and water
>Guided 8 mile hike
>2 hour paddle on the Manistee River backwaters of Tippy Dam and exploring the coves and islands
>4 Yoga sessions to restore mind and body
>A delicious camp dinner prepared for us Saturday night
>A complete itinerary and list of foods/meals provided, and packing list will be sent upon registration
