Art of Rest Mini Retreat

Come and experience the best value wind down of your nervous system... like a whole weekend away in just a few hours guided deep rest.
We use sound and movement and lots of supportive bolsters and blankets to create the perfect nest to rest. No ankles behind the ears here, restorative yoga is super gentle postures on the floor that just about anyone can enjoy.
Layer by layer we drop the tensions until we are hanging out in a dream zone just above sleep. <3
