Homemade soapmaking class

Ranger Monique will teach you how to make lye soap from scratch! You'll learn a centuries-old skill with a modern twist. We will be working with caustic materials so you will need to wear long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. You must be 16 years or older to participate in this class due the materials that we will be using. At the end of the lesson, you'll take home your very own mold filled with about 2 pounds of soap you made yourself!

Due to the caustic materials being used, all participants must be 16 years or older. This class is $40 per person and is limited to 5 people.
