Come and join me for one of the most beautiful autumn/wintery Peak District valley walks where we will pay visit to Goyt Valley its reservoirs, river and streams, forest, quarries and ruins, remnants of old railway tunnel and tracks - all in one walk.

Elevation: approx 1266 ft / 385 meters
Pace: easy/relaxed
Difficulty: moderate = muddy,rocky and slippery paths, moderate gradient ascents and descents at times.
Approx Time : 4-5h
This walk will take us up the Burbage Edge and down the dismantled railway to Errwood Reservoir, Errwood Hall ruins and back through Goyt's Clough pass its quarry and forest.
This walk is dog friendly. Well behaved dogs on a lead welcome !
This walk is kids friendly : No hard or technical trails; easy pace.
Please make sure you have decent footwear and outwear, expect cold and wet weather. Gloves and hats are highly recommended. Bring extra waterproofs. Bring shoe grips or microspikes in case of frost/ice. Walking sticks/poles can be useful if you want to bring them.
