“Soulcentred Sound” is co-created in the moment by these experienced musicians and sound practitioners, working in harmony with their incredible instruments to create musical notes, tones, percussive textures and natural sounds, weaving an improvised soundscape to facilitate deep relaxation and nourishment for the soul.
Sue’s work as a professional and intuitive percussionist in jazz, blues and folk traditions draws on a practice of mindful sensitivity. She has an expert understanding of "what is required right now" through her experiences within mental health services, counselling, Buddhist practice, shamanic journeying and deep exploration into human healing processes.
Jo’s holistic expertise has been so influenced by the deeply meditative and restorative effects of facilitated sound journeying that she has been guided over recent years to craft several of her own healing instruments. A lifetime’s experience of musicianship and a deep love and respect for the power of sound has brought her to this current path of allowing the instruments to play through her for personal healing and the well-being of others.
Myke’s presence completes the trinity, bringing the element of air with his amazing collection of wind instruments, along with intuitive textures and sounds brought forth through years of experience honing his musical skills across many genres and styles.
Meet the immense Elemental Titanium Gong, the Grandmother Alchemy Crystal Bowl, the haunting Armenian duduk, native American flutes, shamanic frame drums, and all the other incredible instruments with whom we invite you to indulge in the ultimate in relaxation.
