Restorative, Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath w/ Malaika DosRemedios
Move beyond the boundaries of body and mind. This 90 min. workshop led by Malaika DosRemedios, offers Restorative Yoga as well as a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra, plus a Sound Bath. It's sure to reset your nervous system and tap into the deepest calm within, to leave you feeling refreshed, rested, and confident.

Props are available for use in the studio. Please dress comfortably and bringing a water bottle is encouraged.

It's happening downtown on Friday, June 27 from 5:30 - 7pm, and is only $25.
