About the event

NW CT NEMBA Thursday Night Rides

Our 2025 Chapter rides are coming up soon! Riding between Memorial Day and Labor Day, join us on Thursdays. First ride is May 29th.

Here are the particulars:

We usually rotate between Nassahegan, Sessions Woods and Harwinton Recreational Area. Always check the page to confirm where we're headed for the week since we may try to throw in a trip to Burr Pond and/or Cowles. If the weather is iffy, we try to confirm/cancel by 4 p.m. the day of the ride.

Tires are usually rolling around 5:45/6 pm and we shoot for 2 groups (more if we have leaders): Beginner/Social and Intermediate. All rides are no-drop, but we try to encourage people to join the right group after hearing the leader's plan for the night.

A helmet is a MUST and water and bug spray are highly recommended.
