Step into a vibrant world of color, creativity, and aerial play in this one-of-a-kind Glow + Flow experience! Set under the dreamy glow of lava lamps, blue glow lights, and fun neon vibes, this class is all about letting loose, having fun, and exploring movement in a playful, supportive space.
You'll adorn yourself with glow stickers, then float, spin, and flow in our silky aerial hammocks. Want to try something new? You’ll also have the chance to explore the lyra (aerial hoop) in a welcoming, beginner-friendly way.
