From the earliest recorded recipes to the bold creations of the modern age, you’ll uncover the stories, chemistry, and traditions behind each era while sampling inspired tastings along the way.

Class Two: Delve into the contrasting styles of the Post-Volstead Era [1933–1950] and the escapism of the Tiki Era [1930–1970], reflecting the resilience and hope of a world recovering from the Great Depression and WWII.
