Join us for "Kick the Sick – Toxic Load" at MMO, where we'll dive into the often-overlooked world of toxic load—what it is, where it comes from, and how it affects you and your kids.

Experts: Dr. Shaleigh & Dr. Deb have been serving families in the Sugar Hill/Buford community for a combined 30+ years. They have built a community of healthy momma's who want what's best for their kids and families.

We’ll break down the three major types of toxins:
🧪 Chemical – Household products, FOOD, food additives, and environmental exposures
💪 Physical – From posture to sleep and screen time
❤️ Emotional – Stress, overwhelm, and the mental load we carry as parents

This event is designed with moms in mind, but dads are absolutely welcome to join in on the fun (and play with the littles while mom's have girl time). You'll leave with practical ways to reduce toxic load and support your family's health naturally.
