Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium
Science and Math Complex, Buffalo, United States
We are bringing pride to the planetarium with an adults-only program on the evening of June 28th. We’ll start off by celebrating queer pioneers in astronomy and see some stunning celestial sites that memorialize famous gays in the skies. Then, we’ll turn down the lights to stargayze and explore some fabulous sky tales. And, last but not least, we’ll light up the lasers and shake things up with some songs by iconic gay artists.
Tickets include a special bag of goodies for each guest.
This program is for guests 18+ and lasts an hour and fifteen minutes.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before show time, because late arrivals may not be seated for safety reasons in our darkened planetarium.
Bring yourself in all your fabulousness...minus any food, drink, and loose glitter.
And, since our dome may be a bit chillier than usual this June, layer darlings, layer.
If you are not already familiar with the location of the planetarium, please be sure to understand our location using the map here on Eventbrite or here: Planetarium location in Google Maps
For our public programs, free parking is available directly next to Buffalo State University's Science and Math Complex which houses the planetarium in the I-37 parking lot off of Iroquois Drive.
