No better hike than a one-way journey with a ride home at the end!
NFTA-Metro's Parks Adventure Bus is celebrating its 4th season of providing free rides to enjoy distant parks. This year, the program is testing out a service for folks to take one-way hikes across popular parks like Chestnut Ridge! (two stops at a park instead of one)
Simon has been a HUGE proponent of Parks Adventure Bus, and this pilot! He is inviting friends and NP goers to join him on a 2.5-hour hike across the park. (likely the Orienteering Trail and then into the Eternal Flame Trail, but if people prefer, we can do the boy scouts trail)
