Fitness in the Parks: Zumba® at Cazenovia Park

We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Cazenovia Park on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. for Zumba® during #FitnessintheParks. Forget the workout – just lose yourself in the music and feel yourself getting physically fit with the original dance-fitness party! Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.

Class takes place in front of the Crotty Casino. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Our 14th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by us and our friends at @ymcabn to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Taught by YMCA certified instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
