Community Resource Fair

Join us on Thursday, July 11, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for our Community Resource Fair, an afternoon dedicated to supporting and empowering our community through accessible resources and meaningful connections.

Hosted in partnership with 716 Ministries, the event will feature screenings for Medicaid members to assess eligibility for non-medical services that address social determinants of health, such as housing support, food access, transportation, and more.

The day will also include:

-Local vendors and community organizations sharing information and services
-Live entertainment and music
-Opportunities to connect, network, and engage with community members
-Giveaways and wellness-focused activities

Our goal is to create a welcoming and informative space where residents can learn about the services available to them and feel supported in their overall well-being.
