Body Weaving: A Somatic Connection Experience
Your guides for this journey are Katie Kovacich and Craig Ivey.
Body Weaving is a guided somatic experience that invites participants into the art of human connection through touch, movement, and creative co-regulation. In this class, we explore a wide spectrum of embodied expression—from nurturing and silly to wrestling or primal play allowing for deeply tender interactions.
Through a series of structured invitations, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one or group scenes that emphasize consent, choice, and authentic self-expression. Whether you’re feeling fierce, gentle, wild, goofy, or grounded, there’s space to bring your whole self and be met with presence.
This class honors the deep human need for physical connection and the transformative power of asking for—and receiving—exactly what you want. You’ll be witnessed in your expression, supported in your boundaries, and invited to explore new edges of embodiment in a rooted container of respect and play.
Body Weaving is not performance—it’s presence. It’s not about being “right”—it’s about being real. Come to connect, to laugh, to listen with your body, and to remember how vital, healing, and sacred it is to touch and be touched with care.
