Nature Wellbeing Walks at Stowe Gardens

Stowe attracts all sorts of people for all sorts of reasons. Many of you come here for wellbeing. Walking here, and resting there, induces calm and serenity.

Julia is the founder of Adventure Geek, a fully qualified and insured walk leader with a passion for helping people reconnect with nature. With years of experience leading walks and adventure trips across the UK and Europe, she creates gentle, sensory-focused experiences that promote wellbeing, presence, and inner calm.

Julia’s Wellness in Nature walks at Stowe offer a peaceful pause from the fast pace of everyday life – no hiking boots or fitness levels required, just a willingness to slow down and notice the world around you.

Each session has a different theme. The theme for this session is Textures of the Trail: Touch and texture.

Focus: Sense of touch.
