Weâll begin with an all-levels, heart-opening yoga session designed to energize the body and connect you to the solar energy of the season. Expect fluid movement, intentional breathwork, and moments of stillness to reflect and recharge.

After movement, settle into savasana as youâre guided through a transformative sound experience. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over youâreleasing tension, restoring balance, and opening space for clarity and renewal.
