PERUGINO: ETERNAL RENAISSANCE (2023)

Perugino’s innovative compositions and iconographies made him the most in-demand artist of his day, yet over time he has been overshadowed by contemporaries like Botticelli and da Vinci, as well as followers like Raphael. Roaming from the Galleria Palatina and the Uffizi Gallery in Florence to the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City, this documentary takes audiences on a journey across Italy to discover one of the most revered artists of the 15th century.
