Women's self defense clinic- FREE!

No one should fear to do what they love, especially hiking, trail running and mountain biking on our favorite trails!

Join us for this free clinic with expert instructors at the Colorado Krav Maga Self Defense and Fitness in Broomfield where we will learn techniques to fight back and stay safe on the trails. RSVP now, spaces are limited!!

The self defense techniques in this class will be from a blend of different martial arts practices. You will learn basic strikes, kicks, and escapes from common attacks and situational awareness to hopefully avoid being in a dangerous situation in the first place!

This is a hands-on class, come prepared to move around and have a TON of fun with new trail friends.
