Chris brings over a decade of experience in Vinyasa, arm balances, and handstands. Expect detailed instruction, hands-on guidance, and a supportive space to play and explore the world of arm balancing.



All levels welcome. This class is perfect for those that want to begin their journey into arm balances, inversions, and handstands, or those looking to refine their skills with expert guidance.
