Come join me for a unique experience at this Grounding Sound Circle event! Immerse yourself in balance and harmony while connecting with like-minded individuals. This in-person gathering will take place at The Healing Studio, a tranquil setting perfect for grounding and relaxation. Let the vibrations of sound wash over you as you find your center and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Offering includes a smudging, oracle cards, Reiki meditation, Sound Healing and journaling. Light snacks and comforting tea will be provided. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and recharge in a welcoming environment.

Info: Our grounding sound circle will include:


An optional smudging upon arrival to cleanse and clear your energy field using sage and palo santo.

Pull an oracle card for guidance and intention for yourself. Take a picture of the corresponding guidance in the book for deeper reflection as you settle into the space.

Guided reiki meditation circle to ground into our space and set an intention for what you would like to receive from the evening.

Sound bath using tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tingsha cymbals and chimes to relax deeply and release what no longer serves our highest good.

Time to journal using prompts to encourage reflection and integration. A nourishing tea and light snacks will be provided

A closing meditation with gratitude for our time together
