Recycling Center Tour + Happy Hour @ Sure We Can in Brooklyn

Sure We Can is a non-profit redemption center founded by and for canners -- people who collect and redeem botltles and cans to earn a living. If you've ever wondered about those people pushing shopping carts full of empty beverage containers, this event is for you!

Come visit our15,000 square foot facility in Bushwick where more than 1 million cans and bottles are sorted and sorted each month. We'll do a 30-minute tour of our site, followed by a happy hour where you'll have a chance to mingle with other guests and learn about our efforts to update New York State's Bottle Bill.
