Ty Cutner is an IFS personal development coach and a contributing author to the best selling book Freeing Self: IFS Beyond the Therapy Room. His very first IFS Session was with the models founder Dr. Richard Schwartz in 2018. In 2021 during his second session with Dr. Schwartz, Ty retrieved a 15 year old part he lost over 20 years ago due to his mom passing away. He is one of the leading coaches in the world spreading the healing power of IFS in his coaching practices and public school workshops for students, parents and social workers.
