A Storytelling Evening Honoring Queer Trans and Self Love in An Art Gallery In Flatbush Brooklyn

Brooklyn NY — Oct 22 7PM — Gallery Particulier invites the community to Because Love the newest edition of its storytelling series celebrating the many shapes and shades of love — queer love trans love self-love and all the ways we care for and connect with one another.

The event takes place within the exhibition Body Positivity – Gender Euphoria a show that embraces the beauty of identity and the power of visibility. It includes art by artists Noah Bassman Ruben Natal San Miguel Roxane Revon Sophie Sanders and German Vazquez. Some of the most spectacular images in the show are of trans people.

Hosted by Comrade Cav the beloved MC of the Because storytelling series the evening will bring together storytellers from across Brooklyn’s creative and queer communities to share personal stories of tenderness courage heartbreak and joy.

“Love is what keeps us shining” says Comrade Cav. “Queer love trans love self-love — it’s all powerful it’s all beautiful and it’s all worth celebrating out loud.”

Because Love continues Gallery Particulier’s mission to create intimate welcoming spaces where art and storytelling meet lived experience. The event will blend vulnerability and celebration with laughter truth and connection woven throughout the night.
