Pregnancy is wild. This is a space to flow, breathe and meet others on this journey. We'll share where we're at in pregnancy and move through a yoga flow incorporating breath, meditation & labor prep practices to support you wherever you are 🌱
The class is 75 min. Please plan to arrive 10 min early to get settled. Mats and other props will be provided so all you'll need is comfy clothes and a water bottle.
This offering is donation based with a suggested donation of $15 via cash or venmo day of. By RSVPing on Eventbrite, you agree to this liability waiver.
About your instructor: Jenn found her way to yoga and meditation after years of resistance to slowing down. She has been a RYT-200 since 2023 and is committed to supporting others on their own wellness paths, recognizing no two paths are alike. She trained with Prenatal Yoga Center in prenatal yoga and is passionate about supporting students through the transformative journey of pregnancy and beyond. Find her on IG: @jennpliu
