The Lord has placed it on my heart for us to corporately fast and pray as we continue in our Back to the Basics Summer Series from Wednesday, June 18, 2025 - Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 12:00am - 12:00pm. Remember, the greater the sacrifice, the greater the blessing. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12 KJV
I am specifically requesting that all members pray for the following:
- Personal Spiritual Growth
- Ministry Spiritual Growth
- Unity of the Saints
- Reaching of Lost Souls
- Refocusing on God
There are some situations and changes that only gets cast out through both fasting and praying. God is calling for fasting as such:
“Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward. Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity…” - Isaiah 58:6-9 KJV
