The Dance-a-Thon for Education is a celebration of movement, music, and solidarity. We’re bringing together dancers of all levels — from beginners to advanced — to enjoy the power of dance… and education.

Who are we?
In Colombia, only 2 out of 10 students from rural areas who graduate from high school go on to higher education.
ConEducación is a nonprofit organization registered in both Colombia and the U.S., working to close this gap by helping students from rural areas in Colombia access and successfully transition into higher education. Learn more on our website!
How does the Bailatón for Education support our mission?
Proceeds from this event will help cover costs such as:
- College application fees for our students
- Pre-Saber 11 test costs (a preparatory exam for Colombia’s national college entrance test)
- Academic preparation materials
- Administrative costs for the academic, psychosocial, and mentoring support we provide our students
