Hero WOD MURPH

Join us for the Hero WOD "MURPH" on Saturday May 24th. We will run heats every 15 min. You can do it partner style, 1/2, partial, full.... whatever and wherever your capacity is at!
We will have a bouncy house for the kiddos outside and do a BBQ after!
