Littles Kids CrossFit

We will be hosting the kiddos for a Kids CrossFit class 2x a month this summer. Sunday's from 4pm-445pm.
A variety of skills, movements, games, functional fitness, learning and fun!
Ages 3-9
Kids need to be registered for the class. All welcome!
