Sound healing is an ancient practice with roots in many cultures, now embraced worldwide for its potential to harmonize mind, body and spirit. At the heart of modern sound healing are instruments like crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and energy chimes - each offering distinct vibrations and resonances believed to foster well-being and inner balance.

Unlike traditional musical instruments designed for melody and rhythm, sound healing tools are crafted to produce pure, sustained tones and gentle overtones. These sounds interact with the human energy field, offering relaxation, stress reduction, and in some cases deep meditative states.

During this workshop, we will learn about crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, energy chimes and more.
