Beginners Ancient Esoteric Protection Class with Natalie

Our focus will be on cultivating Qi through movement, as well as understanding how to cleanse, strengthen, ease, circulate, and appreciate the significance of stillness within the energy field. We will delve into the concepts of energy leakages and microcosmic circulation techniques, in addition to practicing movement combinations that ensure comprehensive protection. You will also be introduced to mantras and mudras designed to help seal your energy and enhance your Qi.
