Summer Solstice: Sunrise Ceremony with Nicola & Gemma

Join us for a soul-nourishing Summer Solstice gathering by the sea. We’ll rise with the sun in quiet connection through drum & handpan meditation, breathwork, Sun Flow yoga, intention setting, and optional sea swim. Close with hot chocolate shared in community.

A grounded, simple space to honour the light within.
