Salsa Footwork Class for LEADERS & FOLLOWERS

Join us for a 1.5-hour session of fun & learning salsa footwork with styling, body movement and fundamentals!
This class is for both leaders and followers and will involve:

* Full Body Warm Up with isolations to help your body movement (10 mins)
* Working on your fundamental body movement (basic step, weight transfer etc) (15-20 mins)
* Foot work routine breaking down technique, body movement and styling which you can use on the dance floor (60 mins).

The timing will be salsa On2 but this class is suitable for all types of salsa dancers (linear / on1 / on2) with at least 6 months of general salsa dancing experience. More info: bristolsalsaon2.com.
