As part of ITRA’s global celebration of Women’s Trail Day, join TRAQ and local run groups for a relaxed, social morning on the trails.

Whether you’re new to trail running or a seasoned adventurer, this is a welcoming space to move, connect, and celebrate the strength of women in trail running.
And yes—men are welcome too! Come along to support and stand alongside the women who make our trail community so strong.

No pressure. No race. Just movement, conversation, and community.

WHAT’S ON:
• 7:00 AM meet & greet at JC Slaughter Falls (bottom of Mahogany Trail)
• Mixed-paced social runs (you won’t be left behind)
• Post-run chats, coffee and connection
• A few surprise guests may drop in…
