Wild Duck Creek Wine Dinner

Join us in the atmospheric cellar at Malt Dining for an unforgettable dinner savouring a standout selection from legendary cult Heathcote producer Wild Duck Creek. Established in 1974 by David (known as ‘Duck’) and Diana Anderson, the estate has evolved into a benchmark winery under the stewardship of their son, Liam Anderson, who now serves as the Head Winemaker and General Manager. We’ll kick things off with a Riesling from another legend of the region – Jasper Hill – before getting stuck into some pretty serious reds, including side by side comparisons of the Wild Duck Creek Springflat Shiraz 21 and 22, and their outstanding Yellow Hammer 21 and 22. And in case that weren’t enough we’ll throw in the Reserve Shiraz just for good measure! Our good friends at Malt Dining will put together a suitably robust 3 course menu for this one and we are away.
