📍 Location: Meet at the registration tent in the event precinct in the City Botanic Gardens. Entry via Albert Street gates.
🏃‍♂️ Duration: 30-minute out-and-back easy run

This Shake Out Run is the perfect way to get your legs moving and meet fellow runners ahead of Sunday’s events.

Led by Jye Dean from On and Jamie Hunter from Run Vault, the run is all about keeping it light, easy, and fun.

No need to register – just show up ready to move!
