EKKA Wednesday S&C 2025

Our Annual Ekka Wednesday S&C is back again this year!!!

As usual meet at Memorial Park (South Brisbane side of the Goodwill Bridge) at 5PM sharp, we'll be finishing near the Ekka grounds (RBWH multilevel carpark) for the fireworks around 8PM and probably heading for dinner afterwards somewhere local.
If you haven't been before this session is a free community-run session with Strength & Conditioning in mind, we will be jogging from location to location not more than 1-2km's between so it's broken into shorter legs.
It's a chance to challenge yourselves physically and mentally to get to the finish line and encourage each other to do so.
Unfortunately this is only available to 16+ and anyone under 18 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
