Our Cos & Photo Meet Ultimate 10th is gonna be collaborating AGAIN with B. Lucky & Sons in Fortitude Valley!!
Last time we had such a great time!!
We'd like to have the theme tag along with " GAMES & ACTION"
Everything related to games no matter it is online game, arcade, PlayStation, Nintendo....... etc all are welcome!!
It would be a 3-hour unlimited arcade game play and got plenty of machines, neon lights and more for photos and contents!!
We'd also love to see everyone meeting some new friends and having fun in this amazing arcade place!!
Definitely keen to see your contents on the day and let's rock Brisbane with COSPLAY once again!!
***** Entry: $25 per person *****
(A $5 deposit need to be paid to complete your registration here in the discussion area and the $20 will need to be paid at B. Lucky & Sons counter on the day either card or cash)
What includes:
- UNLIMITED activity games for the duration of the event for 3 HOURS (Claw machine,ticket-play, redemption and photobooth play cards available for PURCHASE)
- Non-alcoholic drinks and water for the duration of the event
(Please bring your ID if you'd like some alcohol beverages)
- Limited Snack food during the event

✅PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION POST AND SUBMIT IT BEFORE ---- May 23rd 12pm.
After submitting it, please wait for its approval and will get a comment from host with payment details. If you couldn't find your post in discussion area in 3 days, please send messages to us through Instagram (@p_club_pics666 ) to assist with.
✅ If you registered and are unable to come, PLEASE MUST message us ( INSTA : @p_club_pics666 ) so we can allow others to register to come.
We will keep updating with spots availability through Instagram and on event page discussion area so please make sure to follow them.
✅ A card will be provided on the day after completing your payment. This will be a private meet up event so people who don't complete the registration will not be allowed to enter. Special enquiry please feel free to message through Insta.
[IMPORTANT] People who complete their registration post but no show without any fair reason will be asked to pay full for future events!!

❌ Submitting a registration post after the deadline will have to take your own risk not being accepted.
❌ Disrespectful actions will be asked to leave with no refunds.
❌ Cosplay is not consent!! MUST ask for permission before you take photos of someone either in cosplay or not.
Please remember the registration post is very important for us to know who you are and shows other attendees who you are as well.

As a host, I’d like to remind you all again this is a chill and relaxing event for everyone.
We prepared as much as we can to make this a comfortable and safe for everyone.
Please play your A game to keep the environment clean and tidy.
The main purpose of the event is to provide cosplayers, photographers a space to have more chances to interact and meet new people!
