This year's theme is ‘Rocket Racers: On Track With Our Powerful God'. Imagine starting your engine and taking off down the track, flying around corners, and rocketing down straightaways. In real life, many obstacles threaten to get kids off course—just like danger and debris on a raceway. But at Rocket Racers they’ll find that the only place they want to be is on track with God!
We’ll race through the power-filled life of Elijah, who issues a timeless challenge on Mount Carmel: choose a team. Fire from Heaven shows that God’s team ultimately wins (day 3). But vital steps in a race come prior to that showdown—preparation (day 1) and communication with God (day 2). And before the finish line comes a pit stop (running from Jezebel, day 4) and teamwork with Elisha (day 5). Finally, Elijah is taken up by a whirlwind to the “victory lane” of Heaven.
God empowers followers of Jesus to be spiritual champions every day! At Rocket Racers, kids will learn how to get on track and stay on track with Him.
