Little or big kids welcome for this one, as is coming solo!
Get moving to an energising mix of pop hits, dance music, RnB vibes, dancehall grooves, and whatever else makes us feel good!
This class is all about easy-to-follow routines, positive vibes, and having fun—no pressure, no judgment. It’s your time to let loose, move your body, and sweat it out while actually enjoying yourself.
Parents and carers are welcome to bring little ones along—just bring a car seat, bouncer, buggy, or soft blanket to keep them close (they can’t roam freely for safety reasons). If you’re using a baby carrier, you’re welcome to adapt the moves to suit you—just note the routines aren’t specifically designed for sling use. And if you’re not bringing a baby, that’s totally normal too—many people come solo.
This is a space for all womxn—including trans and non-binary people, and anyone who feels comfortable in a female-empowering environment. Whatever your background, fitness level or dance experience, you’re so welcome here. Come for the movement, stay for the joy.
