Friday Wind Down Sound Bath

Welcoming you to a relaxing Friday Wind Down Sound bath. Aiming to relax and let go towards the end of the week and start the weekend feeling restored. This might also be a grounding and restorative experience before starting this weekend's pride celebrations in Brighton.

Sound baths provide an opportunity to set aside time for rest, connection to our inner world and relaxation through meditative sounds. During the sound bath Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and gentle percussion will be played to create an unwinding experience. Using sound to promote a sense of release and restoration.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space. You're invited to sit or lay down during the sound experience and request you bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and anything needed to support with your comfort.
