We are over the moon to bring a new exciting class to support those facing a cancer diagnosis - GONG BATH! Led by Karen of @wellbeingwaveuk : From murder detective to mindset coach and sound healer through a journey of grief, ill health, trauma and loss which were the catalyst to her transformation and the work she now shares. Karen’s story from the death of her husband rom a Glioblastoma Multiform brain tumour to the murder of her best friend which contributed to PTSD, anxiety and ill health is a story of resilience and self care.
A 𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙝 is a type of sound healing therapy that involves immersing yourself in the therapeutic vibrations and sounds produced by gongs. The experience typically takes place in a relaxed, meditative environment, where participants lie down comfortably with their eyes closed, allowing the sounds to wash over them.
Ahead Of The Game provides this new exciting monthly class due to the benefits to those individuals diagnosed with cancer.
