Elderflower Foraging & Cordial Making – Community Skill Share
Join us for a relaxed skill-share afternoon celebrating elderflower season! I’ll go through how to identify elderflowers, then we’ll forage together and make a fresh batch of cordial. We’ll also chat about how to make elderflower champagne. 🍾
Bring a clean bottle or jar to take some home. If you can bring lemons, sugar, or a pot — great! Everyone will chip in £1–£2 to help cover costs.
