Conscious Connected Breathwork

Each month I hold space for a small group to explore Conscious Connected Breathwork and embodiment practices.

This class is not to fix or change anything about yourself - it’s about remembering what’s already whole within you

Through self enquiry, mindful , embodied movement and Conscious Connected breathing, we create space for whatever wants to be felt, released or simply witnessed. Old stories, patterns, tensions and experiences that once felt overwhelming can find new expression and perspective

This isn’t therapy but it is healing. You will feel more at home, alive and connected to the wisdom of your breath and body and the intelligence of your being
