Bend and Brew

Join Yoga instructor, Aneesa Cappellano at Brighton Yoga Center and Town to Trail for a fun social evening to kick off your weekend. We’ll start at Brighton Yoga Center for a fun, functional movement flow for inspiration as we move into the summer months. Stay limber so you can stay active as you hike, camp, bike, ALL THE THINGS! After yoga, we’ll mosey on over to Town to Trail to grab a drink at the bar, talk about our summer plans and shop with a special discount just for the evening on apparel!



No yoga experience necessary!
