Each week you will be guided through the powerful and profound
experience of conscious, connected breathing.

This is the perfect opportunity to clear out old energies, beliefs, behaviors that no longer serve you,

creating a healthier breath pattern...

allowing you to access the magic, joy, love, and clarity
that live within you and all around you.

This series is for people who have attended at least one
Introduction to Breathwork workshop or have had at least one individual session with Tara.
