We'll begin with a fluid yoga sequence that encourages release and rejuvenation, creating the perfect space for deep introspection. As we transition into a guided meditation, we'll tap into the new moon's energy to set your intentions for growth and new beginnings.

The experience culminates with a powerful Reiki drumming session, resonating with the new moon’s vibrations, enhancing your connection to its transformative energy. Let’s gather and embrace the magic of the new moon together!
